The research work is about how rapid companies have created sustainable competitive advantages during rapid growth. Rapid growth companies2 are firms which grow and double its size every 3 years. During Rapid-growth, companies entails a fast increase on the sales, volume, people and costs of company gets escalated. The research on rapid growth firms revealed that the rapid growth usually would last for brief period of time. Rapid growth companies are very important to managers, investors, public and for all stakeholders. Considering from a employee perspective who are working in this companies, it gives them significant career advancement opportunities. They offer the investor the chance of greater return than average return. Considering the rapid growth companies in the Indian scenario, the rapid grown companies made a considerable difference between slow moving economies with low employment to developing economy with high employment have also selected a few companies based on the rapid growth definition and selected each company which are not rapid growth during the same period and did a comparison based on the key success factors that made rapid growth firms to grew.
