Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospitals is the 3rd largest hospital chain in India. With patients visiting the hospital from 25 countries, its vision is to provide “affordable quality healthcare for masses worldwide.” Present at 17 locations across India with 2 more being added in the near future, it aims at setting up large hospitals across India totaling 30,000 beds. This enables the organization to gain considerable advantage in terms of scale of economics and increase the bargaining power with its suppliers.
