Abstract: The aim of the CCS is to generate a business plan which details the implementation of an online tutorial service for US students. The business plan is to detail the market demand for such a product, existing competitors, a financial feasibility study, and the means of implementing the ideas. The business plan will first examine the prospects of business by elaborating the potential demand for distance educational help. Next, an analysis of the competition will explain the current services offered, and any white-spaces which can be filled by the new business’s services. With this information, the next phase of the business plan will detail the actual services which the new business is to offer. The business plan will then elaborate on the implementation of the business. This includes estimating the resources required, time needed and the expected results of the implementation. This portion will also elaborate the various phases in which the project is to be undertaken.
