dc.description.abstract | The Ed-tech industry is a mix of both product and service. Visualization exercise, as a first step to scenario planning, was done to map the ed-tech firms as per the value proposition and target segments. Level 1 (Course and certification) categorization represents the tangible benefits offered by the ed-tech firms. Level 2 represents the users objective/purpose of subscribing to the offerings. Level 3 classification represents the area of application of the users. These are further classified as per their offering, like content, tutor, guidance, discovery, either providing these in-house, or serving as a marketplace | |
