Whether demand or supply side, there are many activities involved which are assessed by the companies to position their boundaries. In this report we have analysed the Baking Industry, competitive landscape and identified the sustainable procurement model & constituted a Make vs Buy framework on cost position vs strategic value for procurement decisions which is a strategic way. And also, we have analysed Britannia’s procurement materials and assessed each one of them and found a potential scope with Packaging category which is currently being outsourced.
